Epic Google Doodle Covers by Aaron Isles Receive Over 140,000 views In One Week!

Last week, Google put out a fully functional Moog Synth on it’s Google.com homepage as the Google Doodle of the day in honor of Bob Moog. Many people used it to make music and it was a big hit.

A few people pushed the synth to it’s absolute limits. Aaron Isles saw this synth as a challenge and spent the week crafting many covers of popular songs. You’ve got to hear what he managed to do with this simple synthesizer! Some of them even have drums programmed even though the synthesizer has no noise generator or drum samples.

Click the playlist below to hear songs like: Gotye “Somebody that I used to Know”, Europe “The Final Countdown”, MGMT “kids”, Fun “We Are Young”, Deadmau5 “Ghosts and Stuff”, Van Halen “Jump”, M83 “Midnight City”, Donna Summer “I Feel Love”, a FULL version of LMFAO “Party Rock” that took 8 hours to finish and MORE!
